Andrew J. Shapiro Addresses the Defense Trade Advisory Group

Andrew J. Shapiro, the Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs, addressed the Defense Trade Advisory Group, known as "DTAG" about the current state of affairs in international defense trade and updates to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), United States Munitions List (USML) and the Commerce Control List (CCL) currently underway.
